In-person and Remote Counseling

The Center for Japanese Mental Health provides culturally-sensitive in-person counseling and psychotherapy to qualified recipients on a sliding scale based upon ability to pay. Services include individual, group and family counseling for native Japanese speakers, people of Japanese descent, and their families.

Victims of crime or abuse may be eligible to receive psychological counseling services that are paid by the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office’s CalVCP program, i.e. the California Victim Compensation Program. We accept the CalVCP payment as payment in full; there is no balance billing to the patient. Please contact our counselors to learn more or to apply to CalVCP for assistance.
