CJMH does not currently provide general counseling or psychotherapy services in the United States. Our current work focuses primarily on mental health education, community outreach, resource guidance, and culturally informed support.
Counseling for People Residing in Japan
Limited counseling may be available to individuals residing in Japan through counselors who are appropriately licensed in Japan. Availability depends on staffing, location, the nature of the request, and whether the case can be appropriately assigned.

Counseling in the United States
CJMH is a nonprofit organization and does not currently provide psychotherapy services in the United States.
Individuals seeking psychotherapy in California, Texas, or Nevada may contact LA Counseling, a separate private practice led by Dr. Miwa Hitsumoto, PsyD, LMFT.
